Membership Category
Professional
Practitioners with a postgraduate diploma/certificate or higher qualifications in archival studies or information management-related fields, AND more than 3 years' relevant full-time work experience.
Fee: $400
General
Persons who are interested in Hong Kong history or the archival profession.
Fee: $200
Student
Student membership is available for students who are taking records management or archival studies courses and those in full time education.
Fee: $100
Institutional
Institutions responsible for or interested in the administration and use of records and archives.
Fee: 1,250
Membership covers from January to December.
Individual(s) who wish to renew or join as a member, please complete this online form and upload proof of payment such as ATM/bank transfer/FPS payment slip or a cheque.
For institution(s), please complete this membership form, and email a crossed cheque (payable to “Hong Kong Archives Society Limited”) or ATM payment slip(s) to hkasmembers@archives.org.hk or post it to Hong Kong Archives Society, G. P. O. Box 8374, Hong Kong.
For application for Professional Member, please provide state full programme title and the teritary institution from which the qualification was obtained.
