International Council on Archives (ICA)

Established in 1946, ICA represents records and archives professionals worldwide, promoting effective records management and the preservation, care and use of the world’s archival heritage. HKAS is an ICA Category B Member (Professional Associations).

East Asian Regional Branch of the International Council on Archives (EASTICA)

EASTICA was founded in 1993 as the 10th Regional Branch of ICA, comprising members from China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Mongolia, Hong Kong and Macao. HKAS is a Category B member. EASTICA seeks to enhance professional development and foster collaboration and exchange among archival institutions in the region.
