Archives are more than just repositories of the past; they are vibrant spaces where the evidence of history is meticulously cared for, interpreted and brought to life. The Hong Kong Archives Society (HKAS) is proud to present International Archives Week 2026 under the theme “The Art of Archiving.” Come discover through our signature Archives Expo, talks and archives visits that archiving is a thoughtful, artistic process of selecting, arranging and presenting materials. With care, expertise and foresight, the archive professionals behind the scenes ensure our shared documentary heritage can be preserved and remain inspiring for generations to come.
