Multi-Function Room (EF), H6 CONET, G/F, The Center, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong, on
Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at 7pm.

The AGM will be followed by a sharing session (in Cantonese) by Mr Vito Chiu of the Legislative Council Archives on the open-source digital preservation system Archivematica. Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP for the AGM and the sharing session by Friday, 18 September 2026 for our arrangement. (Please see the member email for registration details.)
Members can appoint proxies to attend, speak and vote in their stead at the AGM by completing the proxy form attached. Please submit the completed proxy form to
hkasmembers@archives.org.hk by 6:00pm on Sunday, 27 September 2026.
